Club News - Charity Clay Shoot,Sunday 20th June

Mr Stephen King MBE MSc receiving a cheque on behalf of the Help for Heroes charity for £500 from the Wincanton young farmers club. The money was donated from proceeds raised during their clay shoot on the 20th of June.

There was a very good number of entries help by marvellous weather. A big thank you to Frank Hodges for letting us use his shooting ground which provided some challenging targets in the wonderful woodland setting.

The fast fire running bore target provided an interesting target competition that required a 6 way shoot off to eventually get a winner.
